Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Forex Systems Review (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and what rights you have. It is written to align with the EU/UK GDPR, the CAN-SPAM Act, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

What we collect

• Email address, when you submit an opt-in form to receive a free indicator or our emails.
• Consent record, the fact, date and context of your opt-in (required for GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance).
• Technical data, standard server logs kept by our host (IP address, browser type), and an approximate country determined in your browser from your IP via a third-party lookup (ipapi.co), used for security, fraud prevention, and to show the correct regional broker information.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed at children.

Why we use it (legal bases)

• To deliver the downloads and emails you requested, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• To secure and operate the site, on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a safe service.

Who processes your data

• GetResponse, our email service provider, which stores your email and sends our messages. See GetResponse's own privacy policy for details.
• Hostinger, our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
• ipapi.co, a third-party IP-geolocation service queried from your browser to estimate your country for regional broker content; it receives your IP address at the time of the lookup.
• Google Analytics (Google), which processes usage data on our behalf to help us improve the site; it does not tell us who you are. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it except with the processors above, or where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents have the right to know, delete, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do neither). To exercise any right, email adams@forexsystemsreview.com. Every marketing email also contains a one-click unsubscribe link.

Data retention

We keep your email for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we remove it from active lists promptly, retaining only what we must to honour your opt-out and meet legal obligations.
